Emergency in Isolated Environments

Mother x2, canyoner, speleologist, diver, adventurer or bionic (what my friends call me). In love with nature in its pure state, whether climbing high mountains of + 6000m. or going down to chasms of -1000m. She has descended hundreds of canyons throughout Europe, the Atlantic, and North America.

Arantxa has a nursing degree from the University of Barcelona, a master's degree in emergencies and catastrophes, and has more than 25 years of experience as a nurse. For 6 years she has been part of the caving team of the Catalan Federation of Speleology.

Arantxa will explain to us how to act in the event of an accident or emergency situation in a hostile environment such as a canyon or ravine, and how to carry out the first health care. As well as adapt and prepare a hot spot to protect and help the victim.
