Sofía has a degree in medicine, a doctor at the 061 Health Emergency Center in Andalusia, a specialist in Family Medicine, with a master's degree in land and air emergencies, and is part of the Andalusian Speleosocorro group.

Sofía, she will delve into one of the most serious complications that can occur in an accident in a complex environment such as a canyon or ravine and that can lead to death: HEMORRHAGE. She will clarify how we can handle it and how to act before them through the therapeutic tool of the TOURNIQUET, evaluating its effectiveness.
